Installation wait blues and hope

My original install date was 5/28. Crave called and said no equipment, they'd call when they had news. Decided to call weekly. Today when I called Crave, the person said they were told to refer all such calls back to Voom.???

I mentioned that Crave said they'd keep in touch and he put it on Voom.

Called Voom through the sales dept.

CSR said equipment a problem, but new shipment should be distributed soon. He tried to set up the appointment but wasn't able to do so; he recommended that I try again on Monday. Sounded positive about being able to set up a new date on Monday. Very helpful and it didn't take long at all to get through.

Peeve: He had to ask me for my phone number even though their automated system had already requested the same thing! High tech :D

I'm with ya on the waiting. i talked to a CSA yesterday and he informed me that they should have more boxes by the 21st. hopefully he was right but it is anyone best guess. So good luck to the both of us. :smug
