Installer Experts: How do I go about troubleshooting this problem?

I live in NYC. We are in the middle of a snowstorm. Here is the problem I have:

First my current setup:

TVs:
I have 2 TVs, one HD and one standard.

Switch:
DP44

Satellites:
Dish 500+, and Dish 500 for 61.5

Connections:
Dish 722 receiver with 2 inputs to HDTV
Dish 510 receiver to standard TV

Problem I am having:
Everything was working fine - now that the snowstorm hit, I lost signal, so I rechecked the switch.

It failed to find one of the sats, and I am missing almost all HD channels and most of my international channels.

What are possible points of failure and how can I go about fixing it? Thanks so much.
