hey guys. i have a question.

i want to install a dpp dual tuner receiver using a dp34 switch without running two sets of coaxs into the receiver from the switch.
i know that the dpp separator does not work.

however, i found another switch, it is just a dp 2-way splitter.
with a lnb input and two receiver outputs. can i just use this switch in place of the dpp separator?

thanks.
here is a picture.

No, that won't work. If it were that easy why would they have come up with the DPP technology.

please post in only one forum.

What's the big deal, he's just looking for some advice & maybe no one answered the other post? That's a good way to run people off by not being very tolerant. Besides, what does it hurt, does it cost any money or hurt anyone? People will gradually get the hang of how things usually go.

Thats a piece of dish technology I've never seen.

To the OP, you will need to get a DPP44 switch and some separators. That will take care of your problem.
