Installing FTA Dish Using SG 2100 motor

I need help to setup my FTA dish using DiSeqC HH Motor. I'm located in New York and I would like to know where can I position the dish. My 2nd second question is, can I receive c-band signal on my 1 meter dish?

Have a look at the below link, where I had fun messing about with a 40" dish and C-Band, its more of a fun project than a reliable method of C-Band reception. But it may work for the stronger C-Band satellites (with no close by stronger satellites).......
