Installing new dish for HD

I am going to install a dish for dishnetwork HD America Silver at our summer cottage. I would like to know which sats I need to aim at to receive HD locals and HD programming for Pittsburgh locals and other subscribed channels. I know I need 119 & 110, but I'm not sure what other sats I need to receive from. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
