Intelsat 14 at 45 Puerto Rico TP is dead 3848V

Hi guys just was wondering since this morning the Puerto Rico Local Channels was on the sat. on tp 3848v14450 7/8 I was getting it with a 4.5 and a conical scalar ring and it's dead I called a friend of mine that has a 12 foot dish C band and tyold me the something to. I blindscan the sat with my cw 650 but "nada"

They change the TP to 3946h14450 7/8 those people now I was getting those channels with a 4.5 footer. But know it has to be with a 10 footer. I don't know why the do this a lot of people here in PR that do not live in the metro area can get there locals OTA
