I'm just guessing here, but Honduras is in the middle of a military coup. Media outlets are frequently among the early casualties in these sorts of upheavals.

I swapped out my universal LNB with the standard so I can't see it right now anyway but I'll take your word that it's gone.
One thing that I've seen when a Latin American channels dissappears is that it can pop up on another satellite like NSS 806 , it has happened many times.
