Intelsat 3R/11 at 43.0°W.... 1 TP?

TV de Noche is going on now,(little bikinis) but there are more TPs than just 11998v1563

I'm getting 73% now can the others be that much weaker?

11998 went down for a while last week and some of the others made it through

Any suggestions for a guy in Icebergs area?

On the Ku side there are only a handfull of TPs beamed to North America, the rest are for Europe.
Which TPs are you trying for?

Freezy there are several Channels from Mexico (Televisa) that are transmitted on Intelsat 3R , were not talking 24/7 , mostly morning programming and sporatic broadcasts throughout the later hours almost as if someone forgot to turn the channel off , there were times that someone behind the controls was channel surfing and other channels would come in for a short time ruining a good movie or program I had gotten into.
