International channels in HD? when

I have a new hitachi 55" plasma and currently the only programming we veiw on it is international channels(61.5 and all indian and pakistani channels) with 508 reciever and local phoenix az channels. I was wondering how long i have to wait untill these channels go HD or will they ever go HD ? I know dish has other channels in hd but i dont wanna order HD service for these channels only, i rather have the international in HD then others.

I doubt there any many if any international channels available in HD. Even if E* wanted to carry them.
