I just bought a house 5 month ago, and I called dish network to install the dish, when they came they said I can't get the signal for the international channels because of the trees in my backyard, there is anyway I can do so I get a signal

Thank you all

Do you have access to a chain saw?

If you can see 119W, you should be able to see 118.75W with a plus dish. I suspect they were lying to you (or you should have asked for internationals up front).

The DISH Network website give information about what satellite slot you need to be able to "see" to get a particular international package.

It will cost me a lot if I cut only one tree, Imagin I get 12 of them.

when the guy came, I told him that I need the Arabic channels, so he came with something like a sun glass and he said the signal is block because of the tree.

I have the English Channels, should I try calling Dish Network again!!

Absolutely.

Next time you order goods or services (it doesn't matter what kind), make sure you tell them what you want up front. Springing "how about Arabic" on the installer who has been assigned a specific task to complete that doesn't include the necessary dish puts him in a very bad position.
