Internet connection for tye hopper/joey

What are the advantages or why would you want your hopper and or Joey connected to the Internet ? I'm not a dish customer yet . Just wanna know if I should have Internet installed at my 2 tv's before getting dish installed. Thanks

So you can access VOD content. It works great too. There are other features too but thats the biggest one for me.

Yeah VOD,streaming,Apps, and if you want to do media sharing like with laptops so forth..

You can have a Hopper Internet Connector (provides Internet access to all receivers) placed at your router if there is a coax connection available there.
