Internet required for Hopper and Joey Install??

I just moved into a new house. After a week long battle with Charter over serviceability it's going to be months before I can even think about getting services from them if they even decide to finish wiring my neighborhood.

Because of this, I was forced to go with Dish and ATT Uverse for internet. The problem is my DISH install is first thing tomorrow morning and my ATT install is not until Tuesday morning...Lucky me huh?

Is this going to be an issue for the Dish installer?

It downloads the updates from satellite so i don't think it would be an issue. And installer is going to activate it so you should be good to go.

Shouldn't be. You just won't get some streaming stuff until you hook up to the internet...

I wasn't sure if Hopper required an internet connection to create a Moca network like my Tivo Roamio does.

Moca is entirely internal, no worries....
