I PICKED UP THIS LITTLE THINGY to use with my htpc I'm putting together.

It is very light and thin. It may be too light. It feels like a chunk of cardboard flopping around. There are no "F" buttons. Also you need to fully press the buttons for them to work. There is annoying audible tick to confirm being pressed. If you can fly with your blackberry/keyboard phone you're going to hate this. It's really slow.

On a good note... the battery life is incredible, set-up is super easy and the keyboard layout is pretty easy to use. The touchpad works flawlessly. On a 50" TV there is a ton of desktop to cover. (Settings in the Windows control panel can help.) It makes a good media center remote.
I posted using it and it's not fun.

I picked up a couple of the the Lenovo Multimedia Remotes. I like them VERY much. Much better than the full-size RF keyboards I was using previously. Alo, they seem to have very good range.

i do have to admit, not needing to triple punch a button to select a letter is very nice.

range on this is about 30ft

there is no set up besides plugging in the dongle and charging the device
