iPhone Screen Shots?????

I just noticed I some how have created a screen shot of my lock screen and it's in my camera roll. I Have no idea how that happened. Can some one tell me, or point me in the direction on how to do this? Thanks.

Press the home button and the power button at the same time. That will take a screen shot.
