Is CNN available on basic cable in the the Twin Cities on channel 3 on Comcast?

Hi guys,

Is CNN available on basic cable in the the Twin Cities on channel 3 on Comcast?

It use to be. Comcast's website and customer support is giving me conflicting information.

yes it is...well in the SW suburbs it is.

3 in analog
115-50 in QAM

Since everything above lifeline requires a box (or DTA) they dont worry about blocking specific channels. Here is the QAM available for the Valleyfair area

Why WGN is in HD and not TBS or CNN is beyond me
