Is Cox Sports Television included in Turbo Silver if you live in New Orleans?

I live in New Orleans and currently have DirecTv. I'm tired of waiting for them to put up Cox Sports Television which is the exclusive home of the Hornets, LSU athletics, and many other local shows. I know Dish has CST as one of our local regional sports stations and they have shown some of the Hornets games in HD this past year but the channel is not a full time HD channel. Will it be included with the Turbo Silver or will I have to go Classic Broze + and Turbo Bronze. I would check with the CSRs but we know how reliable they are.

Turbo Silver and Turbo Gold on the HD-only side and Classic Bronze and up on the SD side for RSNs. Even with an HD-only package, it won't be fulltime HD -- just to be clear.

But I will get a full time SD version of the channel with Turbo Silver? Can you add Setanta Sports to Turbo packs?
