Is dish offering the 922 dvr to new customers?

I read that the new 922 dvr will be $200 with upgrade but i was wondering if anyone knew how much will it be for a new customer?

Well I talked to a rep via chat and he said it will be $200.But I was wondering if it really depends on who you speak to as maybe one rep might be more gracious then another rep? Or are they all about the same when offering deals?

there is also a pre screening a cust. must pass and complete.
its a internet speed test, to make sure they can sling. if no pass no reciever.
