I am having problems with both options, watch now and record. Sometimes it will record, other times it will appear to record, and when I go to play, I get the message: PPV content not available or something similar.
I have had numerous phone calls and a service call, to no avail. I was told by the last rep that this was a known issue that is being worked on by the engineers.
Is this really a known issue? If it is, it seems to have been going on for some time according to my searches on line. Thanks for any enlightenment on this problem.
