Before I get a boatload of Direc people getting after me..
I will start off by saying I have always thought Direc had the ''best'' customer service..up until now...
They are the ''WORST'' Sorry to all I might have offended...I will not appologize for that! THEY STINK!
Last week I had contacted the office of the president. The lady I spoke to said she has the power of the Direc president. Wow..great credentials right? Wrong!
After apologizing for direc customer service doing a bad job of not honoring a special given to me of 150 for NFL ticket...she manually put it in the system.
This weekend Direc credit department called and said direc gave to many credits too me. Not my fault but they said credit had to be reversed to full charge.
They claimed direc made those credits...but cant over ride it.
So, yesterday I spoke with same lady..(has the power of the president-direc tv of course) she told me the credit department has more power than her and she could do nothing. She said she was embarrased by what happened but powerless to make the right move.
She understood if I wanted to cancel my acct. She said privately she would do the same..
She noted that I have been with direc for over 10 years and a top tier customer...It would be devasting if I left but she was powerless to honor any price credit by direc tv.
So, every higher up has failed me at direc tv...Aweful situation. Never have I been treated so poorly by any Tv company...

This is my experince..Not an attack on every CSR or manager...But To me direc is absolutely the worst!
