Is it too late to get a final bill via paper?

I dont want Voom to charge my final billing via credit card and Im wondering if I asked them to not charge my card, would they send me a bill instead?

Call 'em up and tell the CSR to change your billing method. Hopefully they will be able to make this simple change without calling Corporate. If not, escalate the matter and keep calling until your request has been completed.

I was told they will mail out bills at the end of the month.

i called yesterday to get a copy of my bill.. supposedly it was gonig to be printed today and mailed in ~4 days.
