Got paper bill!!

My credit card expired from the one they had on file and Voom sent me a form to change the card number well I never sent it back.. So Voom wants their money right?? Well I logged on to check my account and they changed my info from Autopay to Cash pay. And it says I will get a paper bill!! Whoo hoo.. I worked the system.. Wonder when I pay them if they will change it back to autopay... Funny thing is I have gone over a month without paying and no phone call or cut off??
 
I had a similar situation but i have never been able to log into my online account, anyways my CC rejected a payment 5 months ago so my bill just kept growing and growing voom never called or threatened to turn off service i eventually called them and paid what i owed but thought it was pretty funny my CC could just reject payment and voom not try to collect or turn service off for 5 months
