Is the $3 DVR Advantage credit good for 12 or 5 months?

Mine has disappeared. Dish is telling me it was only good for 5 months. I clearly remember it being for 12. Perhpas someone has a better memory than me?

I just checked my account online and I'm still getting mine as of the last Billing cycle.

Through December then it will be gone come January. DVr advantage is discontinued and the credit will be too.

Yeah, I just pulled out an old bill, it said through the end of 09.

Got on the online chat and the CSR told me it was expired, that I shouldn't get it any more (it's actually been 6 months, not 5). I copied the line off my bill and he told me that I still wasn't supposed to get it but for the inconvenience he'd give me it for 5 more months.

So in the long run I get two more months out of it, not bad.

Yes that is what I did when they changed their programming packs last August. Called and got it for 5 more months that put me through December. Anyone that had DVR advantage , can still do that . Just call and ask for it.
