I live 25 minutes outside of Atlanta an look at a super wal-mart close to me yesterday an they dont even carry them or HD dvds, I have to go into Atlanta tomorrow and just want to know ?

It seems to vary from store to store, even within an area. I would call around before driving everywhere.
Also look at the thread on Frys, Best Buy and Circuit City, all of which were matching to some degree. If all else fails, there is a Sears deal posted for Black Friday.
The FRYS deal seemed the best bet, since they were doing the A3 at the same price with a total of 7 free discs. The store in Alpharetta would seem to be right on your way.

If you have to drive 25 miles to the nearest WalMart this might be a better deal when you figure sales tax vs. shipping, gas money and your time.
