I have a traxis 3500 that I am using now but would like to try to get HD feeds without getting an expensive set top box. Is there a decent USB box to do this? Or PCI card? Do they also make one that does ATSC?

I tried to sift through the forum but didn't find much, then again, maybe I was looking for the wrong thing.

I saw a lot of regular OTA HD receivers, but couldn't figure out if they did FTA or not.

Thanks.

Most of the PC cards will do HD, just depends on the computer you will use. I use a P4 3 Ghz and it works fine.

I use the DVB World USB card and was watching a HD 39mbps feed last night fine. Just remember some of the 4:2:2 HD feeds will eat your lunch...

I don't know of one that does ATSC and DVB-S.

I don't know of one that will do both, but it is nice to have two separate tuners so that you can watch one and recored the other or watch both at the same time.
