Is this a billing error?

Old DVRAdvantage customer, now my bill shows the following:

GoldHD 10.00
PlatinumHD 10.00
America's Top 250 With Locals 62.99
DVR Service 6.00
$ 88.99

Am I supposed to be billed for Gold HD and Platinum HD? Shouldn't it just be one?

I haven't been paying an extra $10 for platinum HD since the fall. Change your HD package to the new HD & Platinum for $10 total.

Tried this online. If I remove GoldHD, it removes Platinum also and doesn't give me an option for just Platinum. I guess I need to call Dish for this?

You would have had to take measures last summer/fall to not pay, yet receive platinum. Did you?

I believe someone stated in another thread that the easiest way to do it is to remove all HD from the account and then re-add Hd in the form of HD & Platinum $10 pack.

This worked for me online some months ago:

remove both "HD" and "platinum" at $10 each
click "review and order"
click "back"
add "HD & Platinum" for $10
click "review and order"
save your changes
