I saw Brian's video about the new GeoSatPro 1200 scanning 58W C-band (very nice video - - thanks Brian). And I decided I should repoint my dish to 58W too. (It had been on 91W for a very long time - - - no motor).

Anyway I was adjusting the skew and noticed how bland and lifeless the LNB protector was. The kids had some spray paint left over from VBS and so on impulse I painted it.

Too much?? Just Right :up or something else all together??

Interesting choice of color.

That's not an actuator (motor) in pic 2? (Sure looks like one)
But agree with the hummers (and bees-OUCH!)

I'm lazy - - I have not drenched the wires back to the house yet. Maybe in the fall when it cools off. I need a hand crank like Stogie had on one of his dishes. :)

I think it's pretty! But I guess most guys wouldn't think it's exceptionally manly.
?But if you like it, rock on! :)

That's a cool looking dish. Sure beats the ugly grey color that seems to be the standard for some reason.

Well, as luck would have it, I happen to LIKE medium gray on dishes, especially BUDs.
They blend in well to the surroundings without being so obvious.
.
My Birdview solid is bright white; the only thing I don't like about it. ;)
