Just tried sending updated information to TVM and my e-mail got rejected. Also called their phone number and got an no longer in service message.

Is TVM still in the broker business?

When I need her to make to credit card update on my Bell account last fall, she was incommunicado. In order not to have Bell close my account, I switched brokers. A month later, I got a Paypal bill and new contact info from her. She may still be active, but she needs to rethink that disappearing act business.

Cathy at TVM was pretty good.

Stopped using them several years ago when Cathy just gave me the account info and let me manage the account myself.

I thought they went out of business? If anyone has got updated contact info please let me know.

Sent Cathy updated credit card info last month.....turned on our tv/Shaw receivers today to watch football and found we were unsubscribed...any updates as to Cathy still being active in the broker business?

Is Shaw usually charging directly your cc, or do you pay her and she in turn pays Shaw?

She is. If your receivers have been disconnected for more than a few weeks, they likely need a re-hit

Black screens with Service Temporarily not available, could be a sign you need a re-hit even though you´re actually still subscribed, as opposed to screen with Subscription Needed message.

TVM never does the paying its always direct.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I'm in the same boat as some of you were. TVM is my broker and I need to contact Cathy to update my credit card info, but the Email address I have bounced. Would it be possible to get a current TVM Email address from someone?
