Issues with Direc customer service-Once again. Your thoughts?

What kind of flat cable do you have? I use this kind http://www.amazon.com/Cable-JUMPER-...eywords=flat+coaxial+cable&tag=donations09-20 & haven't had any problems losing signal to my DVR or receiver. if you have this kind http://www.amazon.com/Flat-Coaxial-...eywords=flat+coaxial+cable&tag=donations09-20 ,they're not very good & definitely not worth the trouble.

You can get a piece of wood. They don't cost much. Just close the sash on it and use some foam padding to seal between the two sashes.

I don't know. The installer had to go get it off of his co worker. Cost me $15

Go & take a look. If it is the kind that you can feel a solid cable in the middle of it(this kind http://www.amazon.com/Flat-Coaxial-Coax-Cable-Window/dp/B001WAPIRW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1397785879&sr=8-2&keywords=flat+coaxial+cable&tag=donations09-20 ) it's not hard for you to replace it yourself. Just order this kind http://www.amazon.com/Cable-JUMPER-...eywords=flat+coaxial+cable&tag=donations09-20 & you can replace it yourself.
