I got the last update to Windows 10 on Tuesday, but I see nothing about upgrading to Windows 11 despite the fact that my system is capable of doing so.

I DON'T have Secure Boot turned on, but my BIOS supports it, which is all that it's SUPPOSED to require -- or is Microsoft incapable of using the English language properly?

I'm pretty sure Windows can enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 on if they are available.

We need to know some specifics about your system beyond "the fact that my system is capable of doing so". If it were truly capable, the change to Windows 11 would likely have been done automatically. Is there any chance that someone has run one of those "prohibit Windows from upgrading" hacks?

Microsoft has chosen not to provide proper documentation for over 40 years -- in any language. They do documentation with sufficient obfuscation to ensure that you'll seek out paid training and/or better documentation elsewhere to support their "partners". That's why Dummies books have been so very popular.
