Its April 30th, my DISH Network DVR is still working!

I thought Dish was susposed to start shutting off DVR's today because of TIVO.

I guess not, as my Dish Network DVR's are still working.

I think the stay is still place and "super-cedes" the April 30th order until the all the judges from the appeals court examine and makes a ruling. In other words, nothing will happen until the appeals court rules and possibly lifts the stay. I don't know when the court is scheduled to convene with all judges and subsequently make their ruling.

Aw, you guys know it will take Tivo a while to get to every Dish DVR customer's house with their sledgehammers.

Where did you get that idea? There is an indefinite stay of the injunction in place from the appeals court. It's the same stay that's been in place for months.
