Good morning, Playahal! We absolutely hate to hear that you're missing your local channels. When you try and watch them, are you seeing any error messages? -- Jake B
All other channels work fine, only Jax locals not working and screen shows error Complete Signal Loss 11-12-11.
To verify the basics, nothing is blocking the dish outside, correct? Receiver is in the same place as before? Any storms? Have you been able to reset the receiver by unplugging the power code from the outlet for 15 seconds, then plugging back in? -Christina W.
If you were getting your Jacksonville locals off 77W, they were dropped from that satellite a week or so ago.

The signal that was coming from 77 was CONUS. If you're actually in or near Jacksonville you should be getting the locals on the spot beam on 61.5.

Your Jacksonville local HD channels are on 61.5. You should have that satellite if you are actually in Florida. If by chance you were set up with western arc and a wing dish for 77 you need to call DISH and have them change your equipment so you can see your locals. They should do that for free because they moved your locals.
