Trying a variation of this method with ground venison and. my sausage spice mix in the ninja foodi at 165F, shooting for 4 - 5 hours flipping after 2 hours ditching the parchment paper.

I flipped it and sliced 20 minutes ago, I rolled it out pretty thin, just tried a piece, good. Will pull the rest in a few...
