Jerry O'Connell Cast as Herman Munster in NBC's Mockingbird Lane

has hollywood run out of ideas? whats with all the remakes?

They think they can get a built in audience since there usually are a lot of people with fond memories of a show. Kind of like the Hawaii 50 remake has been popular.

Unbelievable. Why can't they just leave it alone? I can only imagine what they'll do with it . Sex jokes etc. I don't want to sound like an old guy (I'm 49) but I can put on just about any old show from the 1950's to the 1960's and my kids love them. They love the Munsters. And I don't have to worry about skipping the bad stuff.

Have you guys ever seen the Original Pilot from The Munsters?
