They aren't clueless. It's required to offer and you can always add it to any other room in the house. Don't even need a TV. Can use it just to Bluetooth music to.

So it's a requirement to make the installer look like a complete dumbass as there trying to sell you a sound bar when you already had one in the room . i would find another line of work if that's the case

I guess you missed the second part of my comment. It can go in a different room. I sold plenty of sound systems to people that had full integrated dolby sound in their living room. We put the polk system in their garage/shop or a bedroom. (Often for bedrooms it will be the bar only)

No i didn't miss the second part of your comment.. we have soundbars in every room along with a full atmos system in the media room..

you might just want to buy from solid signal if you can do it yourself . i think i would avoid dish all together after our clown show. id'e say amazon also but there's a review of someone getting a box off of them and it wasn't cleared and dish would not activate it!!! you never know who you will get for an installer some are cool as f**k and some are just outright sketch...

If you read the whole thread you will see that this hada happy ending. I have Joey 4 anf I am very happy with it.

They offered to drop ship our joey 4 you might want to try that next time if you can do it yourself!!! we just said no because we wanted them to take back the 4k joey that we didn't order and we had the protection plan... Dish is the cheapest place to buy the joeys!!! we got an e-mail saying that the 4K joey was returned to them..

I think that you do not understand what happened here. They initially refused to do that but all is well noe.
