Joey 4- Netflix

I have a tv running off of a wired joey4. When I turn on the tv each day and click on Netflix you can scroll to the program you want, but when you click watch, it spins (buffers) until it times out to a screen that says internet connection lost. Unplug the joey on Netflix and the channel works for the rest of the day. Prime and You Tube work as they should. I have contacted Dish and they indicate that it a software problem and they currently don't have a solution to the problem. I am wondering if anyone else has this problem.

My buddy has a Joey 4 and he said the problem you describe happens on Paramount . Times out and says no internet connection. The other apps seem to work including Netflix.
