My system includes a Hopper, one Super Joey, and two small Joeys. System was installed in May 2014. I have a problem that I have reported to DISH Support three times, but to no avail. Recently, my custom lists in my Super Joey and the small Joeys is repeatedly disappearing. I have noticed that others have posted that some channels disappear from their favorites lists. Each time I create a custom guide list, adding several favorite channels to my custom favorites list I have created, the entire list disappears within 5 minutes. Not only do all channels disappear, but the name of my custom list also disappears. My Hopper works fine in this regard and properly saves and retains custom lists. The disappearance of lists happens only in my Super Joey and the Small Joeys. DISH sent me a replacement Super Joey. I hooked it up yesterday, and the same problem continues.
