Joey Fast Forward Bug

Has anyone run into the issue where when watching a recording (not while paused), pressing the fast forward button once skips a large amount of time. Happens with 2 separate Joeys, does NOT happen on the HWS. Any ideas?

I know inconsistent dvr trick mode was a bug a while back. I'd let a DIRT member know and escalate it for you.

Nope. Every time. Tap the FFWD button once and it skips about 10 minutes on the timeline (and in the episode, obviously).

Might be the remote has a sticky key.

Doubtful, I bet it's something else. This was a known issue in the past, inconsistent trick modes.

Unlink the Hopper remote and look it to the Joey and test it.
