I don't use DISH myself so can't answer but wanted to welcome you to Satellite Guys!

On the Joey no unless you have a DISH Bluetooth USB adapter. Not sure if you can get those anymore.

But the new Joey 4 coming out "soon" has bluetooth built in, so then the answer would be yes.

I am not sure if the poster has a wireless or Bluetooth headset. If wireless it will work. My 4KJs have built in Bluetooth. Added the Bluetooth USB adapter to my WJs. The adapter is still listed in mydish OrderFromStore.
