Joey Issues 30 Second Skip

Not sure when this started but using the 30 second skip button on our Joey causes the audio and video to get totally out of sync. It does not matter which Hopper the Joey is linked to and it happens all the time. If you leave it alone it will re sync after a period of time or you can fast forward stop & play to re sync. Anyone else seen this?

Have you tried rebooting your hopper? Live tv and DVR? Using a surround sound or any switches or in line devices?

I have rebooted everything. Problem is on the joey playing recorded shows on either hopper regardless of which hopper it is linked to. Joey is connected to the duo node. Hopper with sling is run through surround sound but it works fine watching the same recordings. Regular hopper works fine on same recordings.
