My dads hopper is working fine. The issue is his hopper in his bedroom. The sound will cut in and out while he's watching tv. The dish guy was out and moved the dish to solve his signal issues. He also ran brand new cables and replaced the Joey Twice and still the same issue. He has an emmerson hdtv so could that be the issue? Dish says it's a software update they are working on that will fix it but he's not sure.
