Announced by NBC just a short bit ago, Johnny Carson died this morning at age 79. He will always be my favorite late night talk show host.

DAMN....Thats a very sad bit of news. What a legend to the TV world. This will be just as much of a sad day as when Ronald Reagan died.

Very sad news, Johnny was the BEST latenight host and never was outdone.

I was happy to hear last week that Johnny was now writing jokes for the Letterman show, unfortunately his job there did not last long.

I was kind of shocked that NBC never offered Johnny his chance to do specials on NBC like Bob hope did, it would have been great to see Johnny from time to time on the Television.

No one said good night to more people then Johnny, and now its our chance. Thanks Johnny for the class, the style and the laughs.
