I disagree! The only people I know who don't like it are the haters on here.

A 922 is not nor will ever be a 722. I used to think otherwise until I started to mess with them. Claude, I'm surprised you have the opinion you do.

As a retailer I can put any receiver I want in my home. I had a 922 in my home for a few months and actually swapped it back out for a 722.

I simply don't like the interface.

The whole issue really started with the touch pad remote, and thats what it was designed around. Then they realized people including myself didn't like the touch pad remote and made it work with a regular type remote and ever since it has not been the same.

The 3D is the only feature worth having, but Dish doesn't have any 24x7 3D channels and I don't have a 3DTV.

Don't get me wrong, its a great product but I just prefer the 722 with the sling adaptor.
