KAOB-LD - Did they shutdown?

Does anyone have any idea what has happened to KAOB-LD in the Beaumont, Texas area?

They were working up until about a week ago then suddenly nothing.

The tower is in the Vidor, Texas area but I can't find them to have a website or Facebook page so info on them is pretty much non-existent. Even google brings up almost nothing at all about them.

I found a Facebook page for Windsong Communications which appears to be the station owners but they haven't updated anything on there in like three years.

It still should be working because they have a transmitter tower in Lake Charles with the same channels still working....

1) I didn't think Vince was at Valcom anymore.

2) I didn't think Valcom was the point of contact for any TV station besides the one they own in Palm Springs.

No sir, they finally came back on a few weeks ago. And sometime in the past few weeks they dropped Family TV and replaced it with Retro TV !!




What's really sweet about this is that I can now tune in RetroTV on my Dish tuner and record too!
No EPG data though so I have to create all timers for it the slow and painful way but I'll take it!
