'Katie' Officially Canceled

Katie, the daily talk show starring former CBS News anchor Katie Couric, will end in June 2014 at the end of its second season in television syndication, Disney-ABC and Couric jointly announced Thursday.

Same here, Her niche was at the Today show, I didn't watch her after that when they pushed Bob Schieffer out at CBS to put her in...

Why not cancel it NOW instead of next summer? If no one is watching it would do everyone a favor and put something else in it's place.

Probably has to do with the contract with Katie. They announced early when she was leaving CBS as well due to poor ratings.

She should have stayed on the Today Show. Wonder if they would ever have her back there. I bet she would stay this time if she got back there.
