So, I still have no knbc 4 on my Voom here in LA. Is this just the way it will always be or did I miss something?

Which OTA antenna did Voom install? You probably have multipath distortion cancelling out the signal for channel 4-1 KNBC. I was having problems with 7-1 KABC so I had voom replace the Winegard Sensar II with a Channel Master 4248. I now have excellent OTA reception, but with the recent rains I have been having signal outages on the satellite channels. I am waiting at home for an Installs tech to have him check out my setup. Of course, skies are clear and my signal is back to 97 with no problems.

I live in Simi Valley, CA, and I have no OTA period! I am hoping they will come up with a solution soon!
