KNTV 11 HD San Jose, Ca. off air?

Can someone in the S.F. Bay Area confirm if KNTV HD NBC channel is on? All I get is a black screen.

No, it still on air, but they moved their transmitter north to Mt. San Bruno to severd the bay area better. I no longer get a good signal anymore either. The two stations that transmit from Mt. San Bruno, in addition to KNTV 12 (11.1), are KTSF 27 (26.1) and KKPX 41 (65.1).

Thanks. I wonder if I would now qualify for the NBC distant net?

KNTV is O&O by NBC so they may allow you to get an west coast NBC-HD station if you have D*, but a lot of times one of the nearby NBC stations to the east or south will claim that your in range of their signal and you'll have to ask for a waiver from them. You may have to tinker with your OTA antenna setup to pick up a good signal again from channel 12. KNTV is also no longer going to transmitting a mirror signal to 48.2 any longer. This sucks for me because that was the the only way I was able pick up a signal.
