KTV 2 Picture breaking up both on Galaxy 19 Ku @ 97w and Hispasat Ku @ 30w

I have picture breaking up and pixelating badly on KTV 2 both on the Galaxy 19 Ku @ 97w and Hispasat 1C/1D @30W, however I have strong signal on both sats and tps (around Q70) and I have no problem with KTV 1 and KTV 3 on the same tps on both sats. I´m wondering what could be the cause ?

Getting the same here, I assume a problem at the source.

Been this way for a few days now. Just looked and there's no video at all now. Whoever's in charge of 'Quality of service' is asleep at the wheel. OR maybe, just maybe, they're on top of it and that's the reason for video.(swapping out some equipment??)

It's fixed now. This kind of thing happens every few months on KTV2 and is usually fixed in a few days
