Just a huge public appreciation shout out to the DIRT members. Had a problem which turned out to be a failed LNB & deterioration of external coax wire/connections and thanks to Zach, service scheduled near instantly after contact & performed next morning - on a weekend, no less! Good, knowledgeable tech, quickly identified the problem(s) and corrected. Great performance all around - thank you Zach.
