L219 didn't work for me!!!

My receiver now says Your Hard Disk Has Failed

This happened once before with a new download, but I was able to get hold of dish's 921 techs that told me there had been a new download that day, so I unplugged the receiver and got it to take the download. It didn't work this time.

So, I called Dish tech support and went through everything just to get hung up on. Next CSR told me that I had already done everything in their book so 921 support would have to call me back within 24-48 hours.

Love the support they keep around with these buggy software updates.

Sorry for the rant on my first post, but this is aggravating.

I have lurked here for quite a long time. You are all a wealth of info.
