Latino packages and MSNBC

I was checking out the Latino packages yesterday, and could not find MSNBC listed on any of them. Is it true that it is not included or the list somehow does not show it?

Maybe the Latino Welcome Pack would have it? Not sure.

When we had Dish Latino Dos, I never recall having MSNBC. I recall getting CNN, CNN en Espanol, and HLN, though. We get it now in SD with the Welcome Pack. Maybe it has to do with what was in the contract between the owners and Dish.
